"I liked the location. Very central, close proximity to a lot of things in gaborone. However, the food was very salty. Every chef knows by now that salt is not healthy. I ordered a seafood salad and could not eat it because they poured almost a quarter bottle of dressing on top. Dressings should be served on the side. I was not even asked for a choice of dressing. Smoking, on the first floor, there was a heavy cigarette smoke."

"When we arrived, we learned the hotel was overbooked but the manager helped us into one of their sister properties. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. Service was great aside from some young guy at the front desk with a horrible attitude (thank goodness for the great manager!)"

"I had a great experience at Peters Place. The rooms and property are uniquely decorated with care and creatively, making it feel more like a home away from home. The pool is lovely to cool off on hot days and landscaping is a mini botanical garden. Its a quick walk to Game City mall where you can buy groceries so you can cook at home. By far the best place I have stayed in Gaborone and the owners are very welcoming."
