The room and environment was clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. Location was excellent with just walkable distance to lots of attractions and dinings. The air circulation in the room was poor. It cooked only the area where the vent was located and rest of the room was warm and couldn't sleep properly. The soap And shampoo bottles weren't refilled and were empty. Luckily we had brought our own and we didn't stay long to raise a request and get it fixed.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful! So nice and very accommodating, but the rooms are dated. Our shower drain was clogged for the first few nights, but after I mentioned it to housekeeping, it was fixed by the time we were back in our room. We had a top floor room, which was an awesome view, but they were also doing construction on the floor and, one of the three elevators wasn’t working at all. They provide airport transportation with nice SUVs and their drivers were great. Location was great for all the touristy things.
