"The check in process was really easy. I failed to bring cash for the tax portion of the fee so make sure to do so. The apartment is small but very functional. The balcony is SUPER - you can see views all over the city and a great place to have your lunch or dinner. If I visited Florence again I would love to stay in this apartment."

"I would stay at this hotel again. The location is very close to the train station and although it is very busy, you are close to the city center. However, slightly far from the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio bridge so be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and a reasonable price for the area."
