It's a small basement suite, but it's clean and it's very fairly priced. The biggest thing to be aware of is that there is no stove. The ad doesn't mention one, so there is no lying, but just so people don't assume there is one. There is a microwave, so you can heat things up that way. Small basement suit. Beds were ok. 4 people would be a tight fit. The first few nights were quiet, the last night the upstairs guest were noisy and could easily be heard. The biggest problem was when booking. The see more button hid the owners request for photo id. I’m not sure why I had to share my home address, height, weight and eye colour when my credit card had already been collected. I would have cancelled but the return policy was only 50% back.
