Beautifully furnished, efficient apt. Close to everything on the Royal mile. Nice view of the Castle from the window. Easy to pick up transportation at this location too. Excellent customer service, super helpful & knowledgeable.

Loved it all!!! Ship,clean, very well managed property in a great location in Edinburgh. Easily walkable to Grassmarket ( a few steps away), concert hall , new town, trams , train station and Royal mile/ old town Delightful staff - fun,accommodating and very helpful.. Great facilities . And ...our room had a stunning view up to the castle!! Cannot wait to come back!!!!

We loved our stay at Wilde Aparthotel in Edinburgh - definitely splurge on the castle view rooms, the view is incredible! The bed was very comfy and the room was lovely. Even though we didn't end up using the kitchenette, it was very well-equipped. The room was very modern and had lots of cool tech features. The bar area was very cozy and they had a good selection of beverages and snacks. Very walkable to all the sites in the old city, lots of pubs and restaurants in the area as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, modern and comfy hotel! Friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Had a kitchenette that had everything we needed. Only thing missing was tissues but this is a minor thing. Overall highly recommend this place if visiting the royal mile!

Because the castle is built so high from ground level. Paying extra $$ to see the castle view was waste money. The place was nice but it’s was somewhat noisy… thin wall? Thin window? I could her noise from ground level steet.

The Wilde Aparthotels room was ok - we had a King that was jammed in the corner so there was only one side of bed available to get into and out of - which was annoying. Room had limited space for bags and such - we did not do any cooking in the room - not sure who is doing that while on vacation- one night the hallway and our room smelled like fried onions from someone cooking in their room - so if you like apartment living you’ll feel at home. We paid extra for the castle view- don’t bother the hotel is too close to the castle to provide much of a view. The breakfast buffet is well stocked but expensive- you can do better in the Grassmarket area. Washer dryer on location is helpful, but packed with folks doing laundry- be prepared to wait for both machines. Best part for Wilde Aparthotels - the staff - awesome- and location- ideal for everything.

Very central quiet and welcoming stay. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything to help us navigate the city. For the reception area which provides a nice selection of drinks and stonebaked pizza has the stunning bonus of looking directly up at the castle. Very easy to explore from this location, very safe and rooms clean, stylish and well equipped. Would recommend and return here to stay .

The only thing that would’ve made it better would be a pair of slippers because the hardwood floor was quite cold. So I recommend taking a pair. Otherwise, it was a fabulous location and the staff were great.

This place it’s near everything, location was great! It doesn’t have a restaurant but it does have a bar. Many Dining options very close by. Room was very comfortable and clean. Overall beautiful hotel. Breakfast options available.

I booked this hotel after watching for a good price. I paid $100 more than the other one I had booked because I wanted this hotel, but after checking in my luggage for storage at 8 am and we returned at 5 pm we were told they were moving us due to a leak in our room and being sold out. We were moved to a sister property about 5 mins away, but that’s not what I wanted. We were offered food and drinks, but we’d just ate so we took drinks. However, the other property was not on par with what I wanted and I would not have booked that. I’m not sure that it was the same money over there, but I was not offered a discount at all. I wish they would have told me this and let me rebook myself. I’m the end, we had a room, but it just seemed odd to me that we stored luggage there and watched people check in while we were told our room was no good.

Let me preface and say I did enjoy my stay. My biggest criticism is that my room was definitely not thoroughly cleaned. I opened a cabinet and it was full of empty bottles and trash. Also, I felt like I had to ask several times just for toilet paper as your room is only cleaned once a week. Lastly, they tell you to text them on a WhatsApp number and out of the 3 times I texted, they only answered once. One day they were "testing" fire alarms throughout the building for over an hour as well. Defintely could use some improvements but nice facility and walkable for sure.

A top choice in the city!
A trip with friends for a 70th birthday celebration. Staff at hotel all friendly and helpful. Fabulous rooms, comfortable and really well equipped to give you flexibility during your stay. Would highly recommend and use again.

Lovely clean rooms, stocked with everything you need! Was left prosecco and chocolate as mentioned it was our anniversary which was such a nice surprise

exceptional value for money, polite staff, modern immaculate room let down only by the fact that the heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work and one of the complimentary bottles of water had already been opened and left by the previous guest and not replaced.
