Hotel was very clean and staff were great at sorting any issues. Slight reduced rating for two reasons - firstly breakfast was advertised as part of the package and still is but on arrival we were told this was not available. Secondly, we asked for an iron which is no problem at any hotel I have stayed in but nothing was available which is very strange when you are catering for people who have generally flown from afar to get there.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful! So nice and very accommodating, but the rooms are dated. Our shower drain was clogged for the first few nights, but after I mentioned it to housekeeping, it was fixed by the time we were back in our room. We had a top floor room, which was an awesome view, but they were also doing construction on the floor and, one of the three elevators wasn’t working at all. They provide airport transportation with nice SUVs and their drivers were great. Location was great for all the touristy things.
