Set on amazing garden grounds with Private Driveway, our 3 Bedroom Home would suit families relocating to the area. Located in a quiet, popular residential area of Dundee, close to Royal Victoria Hospital and indeed Ninewells, Staff or Visitors would find this Home an inviting place to stay while working or visiting.

Our Home comprises Entrance Hallway giving access to all of the accommodation. Super spacious Lounge very nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including Dishwasher and Dryer.  

Three Spacious Bedrooms made up of Two Kings and One Double. One of the King beds has the option to be Twins upon request. Family bathroom with Bath tub and Double Shower above.  

Separate Dining room with dining option for 6 and Sofa Bed for extra occupancy for child or young person.  

Amazing Garden Grounds which are fully enclosed and gives privacy to enjoy in the warmer days in Scotland -we do get some honestly!  

Parking is not a problem with private Driveway which can fit up to 2 cars and also on street parking is available.  

This is an extremely quiet neighbourhood in a very popular area of Dundee. The property would suit a family or professionals.   
  

Guests can enjoy the entire accommodation.

Private enclosed Rear Garden very spacious. This is a very nice quiet neighbourhood on a quiet street with not a lot of traffic flow.
