"I enjoyed my stay at the Solaris hotel even though it was short. The location is great and very walkable to restaurants, shops and a mall. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Susan provided a great summary and useful information upon arrival. The staff was able to help me contact a tour operator that was running late. The roof top is very cute and perfect for an evening drink. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety. "

They will sit you down and review a map of Hanoi with you, then proceed to walk you to your room. You see the same familiar faces at the front desk each day, and they remember you!
