Absolutely great hotel, throughly enjoyed our stay! Room was immaculately clean and had everything that could be needed, plenty of tea and coffee, clean towels, pillows.. everything! During my stay I did actually need some sanitary products at 1am in the morning, went down to reception and the kind gentleman gave me a whole box of tampax tampons and told me no purchase necessary as it was not a ‘luxury’ (although listed for £2 on the website). Could not fault this hotel, and the staff at all! Will definitely be back for another stay here. Brilliant service, well done Leonardo Hotels! 5*
