"So far the most comfy and welcoming place I have stayed at while here. This was my first time in the UK and I’m glad to have stayed here. Good room for the price with breakfast included. Only snag is the place is out of range for taxi/uber pickups. They are able to drop off if you’re coming from Edinburgh but best to rely on Eskbank station or a rental car if you need to get back."

"It was difficult to find the first time. Probably more my GPS fault than anything. Once arrived, I had to walk around the area to find my lodgings. GPS said "you have arrived" well, that wasn't good enough. I walked around till I found it. I slept in the twin bunk room. The bottom bunk bed was very uncomfortable. Mom slept in the queen bed and said it was very comfortable. Bring your own toiletries as they are sparsly provided. The shower floor has no slippage protection. I did mention this to...

"Loved it all!!! Ship,clean, very well managed property in a great location in Edinburgh. Easily walkable to Grassmarket ( a few steps away), concert hall , new town, trams , train station and Royal mile/ old town Delightful staff - fun,accommodating and very helpful.. Great facilities .
