Front desk staff offered a portable heater because maintenance staff are not available afterhours. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"Stayed here for the convenience of it being connected to the convention center. Parking was easy and convenient with in and out privileges. Surrounding area seemed safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining options were good - cafe and the hotel’s restaurant. Would stay again. "

"Loved the modern vibe of the place. It was clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. The parking garage was convenient, but spaces were a bit tight if you don't drive a Smart car. Riley the bartender made a delicious margarita and lent a kind and caring ear; I was in the area to be with my mom for open heart surgery, and she was having a very rough go in the ICU after the operation He and the other staff made me feel welcome which meant a lot given the situation and the fact that I'm not from the area.
