"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

When I booked the holiday as I didn’t realise the hotel was outside Barcelona, given the close proximity to the airport, I was worried I had made a mistake but we ended up combining the initial plan of city break with a lovely beach holiday in Castelldefels. The area is lovely, a great shopping centre next to the hotel and the beach, so beautiful and clean, is a 30min stroll away. The hotel is quite quiet, well maintained and the children had the pool to themselves at times. When we went to Barcelona we were quite relieved to come back to the calm of Castelldefels, Barcelona is a beautiful vibrant city so best of both worlds! "
