I had made reservations through Expedia well in Advance and it took them an hour to check me in...I had to reprogram my key cards EVERYDAY because they wouldn't work...the amount of trash scattered all over the grounds is quite sickening...it is SUPPOSEDLY a non-smoking facility but the common areas and Hallways have an overwhelming smell of weed....the ONLY reason we stay is because it's the ONLY facility in the area that is pet-friendly

I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my parents, and they had a good experience. They were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy bed, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring my parents felt welcome throughout their visit. Ten minutes after settling into our room we saw a bedbug crawling on the pillow. I asked the receptionist for a different room, which he gave us. After settling into this second room I went to the bathroom and here found a nice size cockroach chilling on the wall. No longer wanting to stay, i asked the receptionist for a refund, he replied, “I can’t do that, man.” If you don’t mind bedbugs or roaches, the place isn’t too bad I guess.

The staff was very kind but the hallway carpet was not swept. There were small flies in our room; seemed like they were coming out of the plumbing drains. Breakfast spread was good but you need to get there before 8:30 am as they won't refill empty items after that. First come, first served.

Alot of sketchy people around men urinating in the parking lot' around the hotel, smelled a little like marijuana when we went in, went up to our rooms on the second floor mind you this is a SMOKE FREE hotel and the floor of marijuana so bad that you almost got a contact high, around 2am. Was awaken by doors slamming and people yelling at each other in the hallway,and in the morning when getting ready to leave (arrived at 1am.checked out at 7am.) we were greeted by cockroaches.. told the manager about all this and was told so sorry hope you have a great day, would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE
