HUGE, solid brick home with lots of space. Perfect for a family like ours....3 generations, but no kids and no problems with stairs. (There are 3 floors!) The home was beautiful! We were in town for my father in law's memorial service and needed a place for the siblings and a gathering place for family. Frank's property was PERFECT. We were able to receive and entertain family and guests comfortably. Every utensil I needed to cook was there. The backyard was perfect for the little ones to play and tire themselves out. My parents have never rented a house before and always stay in hotels, so they were skeptical of this whole process, but I wanted my mom to have a place that felt like home where should could spend time with her family to help her in these first tough days after the loss of her sister. This home was perfect. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out, including the first floor primary bedroom with its own bathroom, so my parents could have space to themselves if they needed it. There were plenty of bedrooms for siblings, partners, and grandchildren, and the living room and dining rooms were perfect gathering spaces. My mom loved the porches and spent lots of time reading and drinking tea. Everyone kept talking about how grateful we were for such a wonderful space that allowed us to be together. ##### Meredith P. Stayed with my 3 daughters and granddaughters. We loved having room to spread out and esp. having 5 bedrooms. Located on a quiet street. House has a front porch, but we were disappointed there was no outside furniture. That would be a nice touch. Back yard is very small - it appeared to be larger in pictures. House was clean and well-furnished. Coffee maker was good, but there were only 2 full-size coffee cups. Others were only about half size. There were, however, at least 6 wine glasses. We had to leave a property booked through another service. I found this house and reached out to Frank on little notice. He was responsive and had the home ready for us earlier than expected. The updates to the home and attention to detail made the home an enjoyable place to return to at the end of our days, cook meals and relax in the family room area. The appliances, furniture and, most importantly, the mattresses are all new. Frank did a great job communicating with me and offered to help us with any suggestions we may need about the neighborhood and attractions. Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was modern, clean, comfortable and within close proximity to Progressive field, R&R HOF, Little Italy, the Christmas Story house and a ton more.
