"The house is beautifully decorated and has all the mod-cons you could need. The living area was spacious and there was plenty of seating for 4 adults and a child. There is also a nice desk area that my daughter enjoyed doing her drawings. The Wifi was strong throughout the house and was good enough to stream on multiple devices at the same time. "Beautifully renovated property with a lot of thought into what guests might need whilst there. Spacious bedrooms, lovely cosy lounge and gorgeous kitchen space. Even managed to try the hot tub in the rain! Seemed pricey for the location, but having stayed in the property was worth the extra. We’ll definitely return next time we visit family back home."

"Our family of 5 (13,16,16, 2-adults) had a great experience! Dave and Cath we VERY responsive to all questions, and the home was perfect. They live on a great hobby farm with lots of animals to see. Perfect 5min walk to a cute small town including: grocery, meat market, coffee, and great shopping, great views, excellent hospitality (and the farm fresh eggs and brownies we delish!). For the golfers, there’s even an excellent 18 hole golf course 5 minutes away! Don’t miss out on this rental!"

Its situation is ideal, very quiet yet handy for Sainsburys, the restaurants of Didsbury and the many parks in the area and away from the busy main road into Manchester. The kitchen/diner/living space was on the small side for a family of 3 boisterous children.but they enjoyed themselves nevertheless. "

The toilet seat was wobbly, the electric shower was either very hot or very cold but not in between and therefore it was dangerous and we had to use a plastic container from the kitchen to use the bath water. The bath bath couldn’t be used as the drain plug was inefficient and there was no handle to come out of the bath. There was only one tea towel, no coffee or milk, no kitchen paper. "Unfortunately on arrival, bins outside where over flowing, quick look around the house was tidy but the cleanliness was not up to standard. Left over takeaway containers and McDonald’s wrappers left in the fridge from previous occupants. All towels in bathroom had been folded and put away however every towel was damp with a strong smell of urine. I messaged the home owner who was apologetic and looked into it. Apparently the cleaner had been but she agreed to have them come out the next day to...

"I kept calling the owner to ask if everything was good over the span of a month and when the day came to go to the house the owner said he had double booked. So me and my friends had to pay extra to book somewhere else. Highly unreliable"
