"My favorite place to stay in Banff - like a home away from home. Wonderful rustic atmosphere and a great quiet spot just above the town. Very family-friendly but also the rooms are quiet when inside. For Banff prices this is really terrific value, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It's great to have a little kitchen and be able to build a fire in the fireplace in winter. There's even a little playground for the wee ones. "

"We had an excellent stay and were very nicely surprised with a room upgrade and gift for our anniversary. The staff were amazing and it made our stay in Banff that much more excellent! The hotel is in the best location to be close to downtown, and is very clean and quiet. Also has great lobby bar and restaurant. Will always try to stay here when travelling to Banff. "We always enjoy staying here. The included breakfast buffet is really convenient and has lots of options, including eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns or waffles, toast, bagels, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, and fairly spacious too. The pool is a big hit with our son, with enough space to swim and play, plus a waterslide and hot tub. We also appreciate the ease of ample outdoor parking, so we can park our vehicle with our rooftop ski box without difficulty. We will be back! "

"Enjoyed hiking in the beautiful mountains and dining options in Banff were fabulous. There are lots of variety and good gluten-free options. The spa was very relaxing. The hot tub was not an option as the amount of chemical in it made my ears burn as soon as we opened the door so.we did not use it at all"

"We stayed here for a wedding in Banff and had a great time. Room was spacious and clean, and staff are exceptionally helpful and well informed about the area. Just off Banff’s main drag, this hotel is centrally located to shops and dining, including a great bakery just around the corner for morning pastries. All things considered, it was reasonably priced and good value. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Banff."
