On our checkout, the receptionist was so rude that she spoke to my daughter and me very arrogantly. While we were checking, she liked my daughter and our service dog outside of the building because the dog barked; when I complained, the general manager refused to meet me, and the receptionist was talking back to me while the HR manager was trying to understand what had happened, he took my number to the GM to call me back, and no one did

Pros: -Brand new hotel and you can feel it in every thing starting from hallways, room furniture, etc., -The room space is excellent, -Easy check in and helpful staff, -Breakfast is great with some varieties, -Free parking. Cons. - Frankly nothing, just maybe a recommendation came from my son if there some sweets variety on breakfast. Thank you, this hotel deserves all the 5 stars and 10/10 ratings
