"The guest house is on an excellent position right in the centre of Bristol. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was very good - superb sausage sandwich."
"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches.
A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems .
The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
"Location was perfect for exploring Bristol. We changed rooms initially on arrival as first room was quite dark, but thanks to Jean on reception we were moved quickly Spa on site was a bonus. Would defiantly return"
"Never stay at this hotel, bed was broken, air conditioning broken, didn’t stay in the upgraded room we paid for. No tea or coffe facilities in the room, only one lift work, wasn’t offered anything help discount nothing at all. No cups in your room no kettle nothing. Paid for queen room , had a view of car park. Was a birthday night away. Stayed in room 309. Never ever again. "
"Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for our stay, opposite the Hippodrome made it perfect.
We had a little wait whilst the staff found us room, we had requested a twin but they were unable to provide one not that it was a problem for us.
Room was clean and tidy with a good view of the harbour and hippodrome.
Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room did not work and we couldnt get the air conditioning to work.
Breakfast was ok."

"Lovely clean hotel, the reception area smelt amazing as we walked in. Noticed a very lovely bar area, umbrellas you could rent and an Uber machine. I thought these extra services were very clever to offer.
The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed.
