"What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, management, and owners. I got delayed on my way into Imterlaken and the manager stayed a bit after closing to make sure I got in. Top notch hospitality! This hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Affordable and comfortable. highly recommend getting breakfast as part of your stay. "Jungfrau hotel is a short distance from Interlaken and the key parts of Jungfrau region but benefits from a quieter setting. Our checkin experience was straightforward, the room clean and the view from the room and hotel was excellent. There is free parking below, which makes everything easy. You can walk to the train to go to Jungfraujoch, Lautenbrunnen and Grindwald. Restrauant in hotel is very good. "

"The staff was exceptional! They offered dining at late hours of the evening, which was helpful when we got in late and there weren’t many options in the area. The bus comes right to the hotel and took about 40 minutes with stops to get to Interlaken. We couldn’t get any bikes from the property and there weren’t any bike rental shops in the area so we did have to travel by bus to go on adventures around the area. "

"My room had a nice balcony and an excellent view of the mountains from the second floor. The breakfast here is also nice with a lot of options. The staff at the reception and restaurant (Melissa) were super nice. They were happy to offer tips about where to go and what to see. The owner/caretaker even offered a ride to the railway station since we had luggage and it was raining. Awesome people. Highly recommended. "
