really enjoyed the night away the people were lovely the room was so nice and clean, the kindness and the respect they had was amazing would definitely stay again!
The place is clean. The staff are really friendly. Stayed there quite a few times but last night was really noisy. Didn't get any sleep. Because of the residential. Which lived ther in the smoking area all night And somebody banging on the main door At 3 o'clock for a long time.probably because The room was back. To back with the smoking area. Usually a very nice stay
When I come to Bolton, if my friends cannot put me p for one reason or the other, The Court House Hotel is my hotel of choice. I appreciate the fact there is a self-service kitchen. The staff are very friendly + helpful, and it is close to the places I need to go to.
Clean room, bed and bathroom - no issues really..
Standard overnight stay with no drama - which is a good thing..
Had to wait a little bit for deposit to be returned but otherwise smooth check in /out procedure..
Couldn't fault how helful and friendly the stafe were...
BUT..... it is a place for the less fortunate in life... of all nationalitys...
THIS SHOULD NOT BE ON THIS SITE
DEFINITELY NOT A HOTEL
The mistake I made was not researching the property as I normally would. This property is used for those whom are most in need of shelter whom do not have a home. I felt quite unsafe staying here and when raised an issue it was not taken seriously.
Great place to stay for those who need a roof over their head however not for any other purpose.
Wasn’t welcoming at all. Came back after a wander round Bolton Centre there was a lad in the courtyard smoking weed. A guy with urine all over his pants that had been living there for months. A worker was cleaning up bodily fluids Tom one of the rooms. We didn’t stay packed up and left. Would not recommend at all and people should be made aware that it is being used as living quarters for drug addicts.
