"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Unbelievably comfy beds and could have quite happily took the mattress home with me. Breakfast was yummy and the staff who worked there (on a Sunday) were all helpful and friendly. Only slight issue we had was a toilet that wasn’t fixed properly to the wall, felt like it would collapse at any minute! It was very unnerving! But would definitely stay at the hotel again 🙂"

"The listing said the hotel had a restaurant. It doesn't, it has one next door which doesn't open until 9am, which was too late for us to have breakfast. This was a problem. The staff were very nice and helpful and found me a bottle opener when I asked. The room was comfortable, bathroom was a bit outdated and worn but v clean and the cost was very reasonable so I was very happy with it.
