"Stayed at the avenida for a friends 70 birthday we requested rooms with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian pavements which we recieved.Check in was quick and staff very friendly hotel has just reopened after refirbisment our rooms were lovely and white and airy,beds were proper divans so comfy,towels changed daily.The food and drink were excellent we went a.inclusive.Right bang in the centre of old town one street away from sea front.Cabaret shows and music is geared up for the spanish but...

"Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you "

"Lovely hotel but you had to pay for many things like safety deposit box in room, if you wanted your tea tray replenished you had to pay for that, no life guard by the pool either. Food was good and entertainment was good but would say 3 star and not 4 star"
