The rooms were spotless, had all the amenities, plenty of free bottled water and the staff at reception very helpful. Stylish, modern decor and furnishings throughout, and spotlessly clean. The hotel had an expensive, luxe feel, even though my room was a low-season bargain. The hotel has a restaurant and the meals I had there were very good indeed - much better than other restaurants I tried in the locality. There is also a rooftop bar and a gym. It is centrally located close to lively Khao San Road but just far enough away to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Another review mentioned noise but this was not my experience - perhaps because I was in a room on the highest floor. I loved it and was sad to leave. Dining options and bars are just around the corner, as well as markets and shopping. All staff that I encountered here were incredible - friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious enough (although not massive) and contain all necessary ammenities. The bed is extremely comfortable too. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and restaurant which has a great atmosphere and extensive menu. The only downside (and my own fault for not realising) is that the hotel does not have a pool which would have been a nice way to relax after a hot day exploring Bangkok.
