Receptionist also refused to provide more bottles of water in the morning of the day of check out. It's within walking distance to the main attractions. Staff is kind and rooms are spacious. Didn't like...elevators were under repair, yet they gave us a room on the 4th floor. Moldy smell from the stairwell and paint falling of the walls. Building is old, needs lots of renovation. Bad odor coming from the sewer pipes. WiFi is terrible. Either getting disconnected or constantly lagging. Breakfast is very simple. The worst part about my trip was although they offer free airport service, i was charged $60 US dollars to be picked up from the airport. The hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the airport. When i asked for an explanation. I was told free service only applies if I go from the hotel to the airport. This makes absolutely no sense. Free airport service means free airport service. Da ich um kurz nach 07:00 fahren musste. War ich genau um 06:30 am Restaurant, aber war noch zu, um 07:10 bin ich weg gefahren da war der Restaurant immer noch zu.
