so the property was nice. the restaurant’s food was not good at all. the buffet food was good but the ladies had a nasty attitude and not welcoming. some of the staff were nice and some were very rude. the toilet barely flushed and the light in the room at night was not good. however i liked the place it was really nice and peaceful.

The property was directly located by the beach and was a fabulous choice for our stay. The restaurant within the hotel were expensive and the service was very slow. They all had waiting lists to get into so the restaurants were not convenient regardless of the price. We sat in a cocktail lounge for 30 minutes and no one approached our table. I finally had to ask for help to send someone to our table. But the food was very good along with the drinks, just the service was very slow.

Lovely resort, people are very friendly. Only limitation is that there are not many dining options on site. If you go off-site to other resorts you need to book the reservations well in advance. Also the food is very expensive.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Stayed in the two bedroom coral suite at the reef. Everything was fantastic except for when departing for our excursion and being stripped of our towels. Maybe come up with a system to track towels leaving the property or at least give some forewarning. I was tempted to leave a negative review but the entirety of the stay made up for this one inconvenience.
