The snack and drinks which are inclusive in the room was a nice touch and they replenished the water when they did eventually clean . The spa hours are till 8pm which is too early in my opinion. The spa has no clear instructions and when several guests tried pushing the button to get the jets going it turned the entire thing off . Clear instructions at the controls would be helpful. Not sound proofed well you can hear the noise and conversation in the next room and when housekeeping is in the next room it's really loud . Charge $5 for charging electric car for each night but nowhere on the website does it mention that. Toiletries are really nice , and the bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed and decorated . I understand the property is new but definitely has some service issues they need to work out. Beach cruisers are free and on a first come first serve basis which was nice. Room service food was great.
