Very convenient to many things, especially restaurants and tours. If you have big/heavy luggage, be ready for the very steep and narrow steps.

This property is not forthcoming about its amenities or lack of. If their listing clearly stated (not in the fine print and in some cases after you've booked) that they have limited check in hours, there is no lift and very steep and narrow stairs, the room size is very small, toilets are shared for the majority of the rooms, then I'd say I got what I expected. They did not clearly state these things. It was buried in the fine print (not in the room description and hotel description). There was a "shared bathroom" which was not clear at all. It ended up being one toilet shared with 3 rooms and was so small that even my 5'5" daughter had to sit sideways on it to even use the toilet. It was noisy ALL NIGHT long. The air conditioner (thank god there was one) was super noisy and leaked all over the floor. The room was so small that we had to leave so the maid could come into the room and look at our AC leak. The beds were 4 inch thick rollaways and the beds were about as wide as my female shoulders (and I am not a big person). The sheets were stained. The rooms so small there was NO way for 2 people to move around the room without one getting on the bed and out of the way. If you read the fine print and reserve this place, you'll get what you're expecting. But the price was over $270/night and it sleeps like a hostel.

If you aren't backpacker (have luggages), this wouldn't be the best choice. It's located in alleyway next to a smokeshop with single door as an entrance. Then you'll need to go up using small staircase (no elevator). When you finally reach the room, you don't have enough space to open your luggage in the floor. Ripped of with $300/night. I'm ok to pay $150/night for this but at $300/night totally expecting something better. The only good thing it has is a good location.

The rooms are extremely small. Those stairs are very steep which made it difficult to bring bags to our room. The staff did help bringing our bags up. The location was great, centrally located close to the train station, shops and restaurants.

Great staff, very small rooms but very clean and full bathrooms. No elevator but staff carried suitcases. Over all excellent for location.

If you are looking for amenities this is not the hotel for you. Steep narrow stairs. No elevator. No lotion. No water dispenser. Everything creaks. Also the lock on our door didn’t work.

Staff was great. As others mentioned, it is a historic building in a historic area, so stairs are steep and tight, and they aren't allowed to do anything about it. Rooms were tiny but very clean. Contruction nearby started at 6:30 in morning.
