"We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. "Shocking experience from start to finish, I arrived at Eastern Mangroves Suites to be told I had to move to another hotel (Andalus Al Seef) because the hotel I'd booked (all the way IN FEBRUARY might I add) was overbooked! Had to get another taxi and pay for it all myself. I missed the qualifying for the Formula 1 because I had to move hotels and waited 2 hours to check-in at the new hotel.
