"Fantastic stately home with lovely gardens. We had the cheapest room on the third floor and it was fine. The evening meal was ok but not fantastic. There is plenty to do and must be a golfers paradise. The ground floor rooms were magnificent "

"Driftwood is an excellent B & B in a wonderful location overlooking Brixham Harbour. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Keith and Zoe could not have been more welcoming with a complimentary drink and home made cake. They went out if they way to be very helpful. The breakfasts were perfectly cooked with a lovely choice including Full English, smoked salmon, fresh fruit salad and even Zoe’s home cooked poached pears. I would thoroughly recommend the Driftwood for a great place to stay...

"Recommend parking in Magdalen Street car park (by the Mecure Hotel) free parking from 6 pm to 8 am (alternative parking in St Mary Arches was expensive). I was surprised at the large number of apparent homeless people gathering in Cathedral Yard right outside of the apartment, quite loud and drinking from first thing in the morning until very late at night and begging for money as you enter end leave the apartment.
