"Hotel location was good for a short weekend in Manchester. Not much around the hotel but a short walk into the city centre. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the staff were great however breakfast was a little disappointing, very cramped area to get food and limited choice i.e. no sausage. "

"Lovely hotel and staff Great breakfast Because the hotel uses heat pumps it took 15 minutes of running the hot water taps (by a hotel engineer) to get the water hot for a shower such a waste of precious water. Then the steam from the hot water set off the fire alarm in our room "

Bed was comfortable and room was big enough for us. The welcome soda/pop and snacks was a nice touch. They also provided water for us. There was one weird interaction at lobby when I was waiting for my partner to come in and decided to put my food down on a table and I was quickly asked to take it off and move elsewhere. "Very convenient to Piccadilly Station and the tram terminus, as well as a variety of cafés and restaurants. The hotel provides a good breakfast and the front desk service is friendly and efficient. The one small inconvenience was that the hotel wifi could only be accesses from the lounge and mobile data was not available either, at least from the rear facing rooms. "
