"From start to finish my stay at the Leonardo was excellent as I had a little issue with my room and David on reception sorted it out in no time along with giving me an upgrade due to the inconvenience of having to change rooms after a long day travelling. I would stay there again as long as David is on reception. "

Restaurant is good, with friendly staff and good quality dishes. It is convenient for Metrolink and for the Lowry theatre (about 6 min journey time by tram, 20 minute walk), Outlet, and Imperial War Museum North. Good value for money. "

"The hotel was a great location for shopping, theatre's, restaurants. My couple of complaints are in the room, there is a desk area but no chair. there is nowhere to put a case apart from on the floor. Secondly, the sockets points on the desk area, are not deep enough to plug anything in, so you have to go under the tv to plug in the kettle, a charger, a hairdryer. "

"Family trip to the city, we were looking for a decent central based hotel and we struck gold here. 3 mins to Piccadilly train station. 2 mins to the Tram . Arndale was 10mins. Shops, restaurants and bars right outside the door. Perfect location. The hotel itself is very nice. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. I couldn't fault anything. 10/10. "

"Really lovely staff. Excellent location close to Piccadilly gardens, the train station and shopping areas. Discounted parking at Citi Park which is within a two minute walk of the hotel, details are on the hotel's website. Our room was very well appointed and included armchairs and a marshall speaker but had suffered some damp (dehumidifier in room) but wasn't an issue whilst we were there. The lift was out of action during our stay which could be an issue for some people. Breakfast was one of...
