"Staff were very friendly and service was great. Room was a let down was confirmed a room with a bath, however ended up with a wet room. Disappointing as made a point of contacting the hotel to confirm what facilities we would get in the room which was confirmed and we were given the opposite. As this was celebrating our wedding anniversary we just stuck with it as we had lots planned and did not want the hassle of complaining on a celebration weekend"

"Great spot near Piccadilly station to stay. Cool bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Rooms very big and comfortable. Would stay again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Dakota Manchester. Staff at reception were welcoming and efficient. We chose to upgrade and so we had a canal side view and a separate bath and shower. The room is so carefully appointed with lovely touches like wool blankets/ throws , led magnified mirror for make up, 2 full length mirrors. Its very conveniently near the train station but quiet enough. The bar was buzzing both times we visited. "
