"Great hotel, great location, friendly helpful staff."

"Friendly staff took my bags kept them for us. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great but on our stay they ran out of things like napkins and knives and forks. We had to ask for the couch to be made up as a bed and we reported that tge shower was blocked. But on reporting these things staff were quick to fix. "

"Good location lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Friendly welcome at reception. Quick check in. Upgraded lovely spacious room. Breakfast buffet not great choices. Small very old lift which worked fine."

"Full breakfast included. We stayed a second night because we were so blown away by the beautiful place and the area. The beach is peaceful and a nice easy walk to the remnants ofthe red castle. Elaine is a sweetie and Aiden too and the kitchen staff were also and gave us ideas local places to see. "

"Wonderful! The room, service, food - everything was excellent! Staff was so friendly, we did the B&B option and breakfast was off a menu, so we got to have something different every day. We didn’t plan on having dinner at the restaurant as much as we did, but the food was SOOOO GOOD, it was hard to decide to eat elsewhere. Desert was also delicious. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The setting is in the country, so lovely views around the property, nice courtyard if the weather...

"I must admit when we pulled up I was a little worried we had booked the wrong place. It wasn’t on a main road, but in the middle of a residential area. And from the outside it didn’t look very appealing. But, I have to say inside it was nice, the food was amazing and the staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming!!! "

"We liked this place, a busy, friendly customer focused venue. A bright and cheerful welcome, professional but amicable approach from all staff. An old building but maintained well and homely. The staff were great especially the blonde haired lady, who was originally from Wales. The owners need to hang on to her as she is a great asset. Rooms are good, beds comfortable, food tasty and plentiful, both evening and breakfast. They even found me some marmite. Well done The Station"
