"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

"Amazing Receptionist. We arrived bout 3pm nd checked in with no issues. When we arrived at our room it was beautifully clean but unfortunately smelt very highly of lillies and myself being allergic to lillies and asthmatic started wheezing and coughing. We found many small.air freshner balls on th floor and the smell was from them. I went down to reception and the lady came up immediately to investigate, the hotel was full due to 2 weddings but she managed to find us another room and moved our...

"All very good except the signage. I was nearly back on the M1 before I saw the sign hidden by bushes. there was no sign as I came off the M1 and as it was dark I had to assume it was there somewhere"

"Stay was for one night, so hotel was well placed and convenient for what we required. Room was on the ground floor and had everything we needed. Lovely modern bar which was open when we returned from our concert in Sheffield."

The bar area is busy and welcoming, the room is pretty basic but as to be expected for the price the range. The bathroom was basic but the shower unit was good. "
