The whole staff from desk to cleaning crew were all nice. The room cleaning staff made up our rooms so crisply each morning. It is just a few-minute walk from a main subway line. Rooms were pretty good at keeping out much of the street noise (both traffic and people). We had a first floor room and there were bars over the window for our safety. Highly recommend this place."
