"Finding the door to get in was odd, there is only one door and it’s in the rear of the house. The yard needs some attention, walking path coming apart, uneven stones. Have to walk through grass, old, Painted fence coming apart, nasty looking. Landscaping unkept, garage door coming apart, the outside needs a lot of attention.
