"Paid transfer from port to property was 20€ per room. Taxi to property was 15€ per fare. Decide accordingly. Beach houses are not located on the property, per se. The staff will buzz you and luggage down to beach houses with golf cart when room is ready. Once there, you can walk to the beach. Private sunbeds and umbrellas must be reserved in advance, which we did and had for the day. Added that charge to our meal and drink charge at beach restaurant.
