"Lovely staff from start to finish Thought we would be in the main hotel but we had a room in the anex at the back of the hotel, not the greatest view but nice and quiet and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway. "Absolutely amazing hotel. Would recommend. However I called to say we were celebrating 30 years and the person on the phone said that they would do something special. This did not happen. So very disappointed. We only go away when it's a special occasion. All other hotel recognise this when we stay with them is a shame the staff here didn't 😒 "
