"Location on the beach was perfect, love that they have patio furniture, fire pits and bbq’s. Only downside was paddle boards, no where to safely store them. But the staff came up with a solution that wormed. Units were really big, so much space. Great stay!"

"For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! The pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door stopper, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that."

"This property was nothing short of wonderful. My family and I were able to relax while enjoying the Vegas strip. The hotel had a delicious spot called the Delight and it was just that. Food was so good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the spa tub/ shower combo. For those who travel with someone who stinks up the bathroom, there’s a private toilet for them to do they business. Our floor was quiet and the elevator was always fast and available. "The property was very spacious. It was close to major attractions and a convenient walk to many resturants and stores on the strip. The views of the sourrounding area were great from this penthouse. "My friends and I participated in a tennis tournament at Darling Tennis complex. The location was perfect, just a 2 minute drive. It’s also very close to stores and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean. I couldn’t find an instruction manual for appliances. Hence navigating the tv was challenging for me (non-tech savvy user). Be careful when pulling in and out of the parking space. Some cars drive very fast when entering or exiting the lot."

We loved the Delights cafe in tower 2 (surprisingly good food!) and having access to MGM Grand's pool complex. When I return to Vegas, I will absolutely stay here again. "Joe's condo was perfect for our trip to Vegas for a concert at the Sphere, which is about 1 mile away. It is also close to the strip for easy walking. We had one minor issue with housekeeping not leaving a blanket for the pullout. Since Joe rents his condo privately and not through management at the MGM Signature, he has different housekeeping and MGM was unwilling to provide us a blanket when I went to the front desk.
