"We booked a room at the Fairmont at 9:00 pm on our way to Dallas because another hotel cancelled our room last minute. We didn't reach the fairmont until 1:30am and when we arrived the lady at the front desk told us the room we had booked through expedia wasn't available. She ended up giving us a complementary upgrade to a very nice (and huge) suite without us even having to ask her to help us. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The pool area was wonderful and we had a great stay. Thank you Fairmont for turning our nightmare into a great weekend. We will absolutely be back."
