Room 477 overall very good thank you . there is obviously a lot of contractor work etc going on there though which should maybe be communicated to guests . "

"I'd like to say a huge thank you to the reception staff who were super friendly and helpful. Booked this hotel.last minutes and with it's starr.rating, i had my doubts. However it was great. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Clean towels and bedding (all bright white) Shower room was modern and also.spotless. tea and coffee provided and a fancy pre filled drinking water bottle was a fab touch. Shampoo and body wash in the shower and hand wash on the sink. Nothing was too much trouble. We even sat In the seating area outside on the front and ate our takeaw as well. Breakfast was continental, but hot croissant and petit pains were a great start to the day, also available was cereal, fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt and toast. Unlimited tea and coffee, all for ,£4.95. it's served until 11, so enabled a nice leisurely start to the day. Well.worth visiting and a fab price on Expedia. "

"Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person. Thank you to all the amazing staff, who, did not know this but made our Ruby wedding anniversary, and wonderful experience, and nice memories. "

"This hotel is brilliant! Probably the best value in Bournemouth, with an indoor pool and ample parking ( unlike many in the area!) A very comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Carol at reception and the 2 Polish ladies at breakfast. We were even impressed by the swimming teachers in the pool. I’ll bring my grand-daughter next time!"

"Great stay in this unique place. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly welcome. Breakfast adequate. I booked the single room and the shower/bathroom/toilet combo was a bit wonky there-made for a slippery floor. Recommended nonetheless!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel - real character, great staff and a fab heated outdoor pool. The food was probably the best we have had at a hotel. Will not hesitate to return."
