"Glad I had the lights on getting into bed, one of “those” hairs greeted me. Mold around the shower glass, drain not working a feet had a bath every day, do not disturb light not working, a window broken and not opening, flies always in the room. Place has that old musty smell, except the foyer which was overpowering, or when you’d get a wave of other less appealing smells. Room service under powering. "The Park Plaza Victoria is a perfect location for a stay in London. It is minutes from the Victoria train, underground, bus and coach stations (and we used every one!) Not only that, but Hamilton and Wicked are playing within a block of the hotel. We booked tickets for Wicked at the last minute and had great seats.
