"A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. "

"Fab overnight stay during the half term. Only reason i knocked a point off was the lack of natural light but I liked everything else about the hotel. Staff were great, the food really good and easy walk to all local attractions. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a terrible stay at this hotel and had to leave a day early. The road way to the hotel is appalling and full of pot holes. On arrival at reception the receptionist was pleasant, we then got to our room, even before entering you were hit by the smell of damp and mould, we entered the room and straight away had to open windows because of the smell. We then had to kill numerous spiders and upon looking in the bathroom we were greeted by mould around the bath and on the light fitting, the tv...
