"Excellent lady on reception Siri l think for book in , she was also in following morning , nice room clean only think let it down water only Luke warm in shower!! ?? Room 477 overall very good thank you . there is obviously a lot of contractor work etc going on there though which should maybe be communicated to guests . "

"Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person. Thank you to all the amazing staff, who, did not know this but made our Ruby wedding anniversary, and wonderful experience, and nice memories. "

"This hotel is brilliant! Probably the best value in Bournemouth, with an indoor pool and ample parking ( unlike many in the area!) A very comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Carol at reception and the 2 Polish ladies at breakfast. We were even impressed by the swimming teachers in the pool. I’ll bring my grand-daughter next time!"

"Just back from a 2 night stay over the bank Holiday in superior sea view room. Views were simply outstanding. Room was large and recently refurbished with a good shower and a big bed. Lots of power sockets. Fresh clean blackout curtains. We walked down the beach to the Cabin for Pimms and snacks. Cabin is also owned by the hotel. Further down on the left is another cafe called Down the Beach which does breakfasts and drinks on the morning. We didnt use the plunge pool as much - retreated as it was full and noisy. tiny kids were using the Jacuzzi unsupervised. Gymn well equipped. Overall a good stay and we will certainly be back"
