"The property was centrally located in “the Old Town” and is historic itself. The ferry was only a 5 minute walk as well as the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Tha Royal Palace is a two minute walk and there is plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The room we had, I was given a free upgrade, was large with two bedrooms, a living, and kitchen. Staff are there during the day and helped with directions, tourist information, and assisted in arranging a taxi to the airport for our departure."

"I really liked the staff, the breakfast, the bar, etc at the Hasselbacken. But they had no air con, and the rooms desperately need an update. It’s a faded elegance in much of the hotel, which we nevertheless very much enjoyed. But the rooms were not up to snuff. Staff was lovely, and convenience to the ferry was very handy. "

"The front desk was really helpful and offered to store our luggage while we toured the city prior to check-in. The room exceeded our expectations. Rarely is a room nicer than the pictures online. The view of the water was amazing. We were steps from the central train station making our trip to the airport seamless. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it. "
