"This worked out great for our family. We spent most of our time in nearby Bishop’s Stortford with family. For rest, morning coffee and winding down in the evening, this place was perfect. It was clean and quiet, the mornings and evenings were cool and calm, very relaxing. The place is a bit remote, but that was easily remedied by the superior taxi service we experienced during our stay. "We booked a secret wedding in London and needed a place in the middle for our families to meet up. It catered for all of us! We had 2 children under 3, and 14 adults but it didn't seem cramped. Everybody was comfortable and content. Antoine was super responsive, and so was the young man who checked us in (I can't remember his name unfortunately!). "Outstanding stay at butterfly barn, couldn’t fault anything. The place was very clean and tidy on arrival, the check in process was easy and Stephanie is a lovely host. Nothing was too much for Stephanie, she was able to accommodate all our needs flawlessly, which made the stay that much better.
