"overall impression of property very good, lots of extras ie books, games, lovely decoration and cosy feel to living room area .could not get on to net flix but no big deal, heating a bit hit and miss could be chilly in winter , did provide throws, no parking area but managed to find somewhere on the road outside . Overall a very relaxing stay. Also provided with excellent information re amenities, Would definitely stay here again as very near to whitby amenities , lovely cosy room ,good size...

We walked to Redcar along the sea front one day which was 4.5miles and a lovely day to do it. Accommodation was fab and a lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend!"
