"The property is in a lovely holiday park and the surrounding area is great. The property itself is comfortable and fairly well equipped. The problem is that small changes could make it better. The tv is shocking, needs a new cable. I did contact the owner who said he would look in to it but this never happened. One of the mattresses in the twin room needs changing desperately, it completely sags in the middle and is not comfortable. There is also an electricity meter you have to feed £1 coins in...

"This is a quirky old cottage situated in a beautiful and quiet part of Deal, very close to the beach and cycling/walking opportunities. We enjoyed many walks, cycle rides and swims as a result. We enjoyed our stay and were not too fazed by the steep stairs and low ceilings as we were expecting them. "Firstly I need to say how wonderful Jim and Anita were and how welcoming they made us all feel. The location of Honey Pot Farm is stunning with views to take your breath away. The town of Hythe is a mere 10min drive and well worth a visit. We will most defiantly be going back 10/10"

There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had."

"Small in size but big in style. We absolutely loved our stay at the Old Sweet Shop. It is beautifully and quirkily decorated, making the most of its small size. It had everything we needed, including picnic chairs for the beach which is directly across the road, and retro sweet shop sweets for the kids. It’s the perfect location for exploring Deal. We loved opening the window to see the sun sparkling on the sea every morning. The only thing that would stop us going again is our kids getting too...

"We had the most wonderful few days staying at Driftwood cottage, such a beautiful cosy home away from home. The house had everything we needed, and there were even some lovely welcome goodies on arrival. "Except for the seagulls, this is a charming and serene area in a lovely renovated 1900s English cottage. 839 square feet on two levels. Pebble Beach is half a block away. The town center, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. Swim in the English Channel. Rent a bike if you enjoy cycling. Sandwich is a 6 mile ride east on a flat beach route across the countryside. The White Cliffs of Dover are 8 miles away to the west. View the lighthouse while sipping English tea on the Cliffs...
