"Staff welcoming, room clean and tidy and in v. good condition. Quality Toiletries provided, excellent towels, lovely consistent shower. Not flashy but excellent value for money. Close to city centre, Western Quays and dock area. Happy to go back."

"Very large room with great view of Harbour. They had a complimentary frig bar with beer wine and soda. Service was excellent. Close to historic places to visit. Hope to return again "

"The Malmaison is in an old prison, close to the train station and close to areas of interest in Oxford. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Our room was comfortable, but the lack of a refrigerator was disappointing. (The staff was happy to deliver a bucket of ice upon request.) We enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant. There were also excellent lunch and dinner options within an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others."
