"Staff were superb, Hotel is undergoing renovations and the Imperial Hotel next door is having a major refit so the noise at times was loud. On second floor which has just been refurbished, so room was new and clean, facilities a bit lacking, no min bar nor safe, which I regard as essentials at a Hotel in this price range in London. Bar and restaurant were good but no ability to charge to room, again something I would expect. Great breakfast did finish the stay off nicely"

"We had a pleasant stay. Only downside was that we booked the property because we wanted one with a pool. The pool was very very cold and we couldn’t stay in for more than 2 minutes because of this. We then decided we would go in the sauna to warm up and the sauna smelled as if the wood was actually burning. Too hot to even breathe in there so we swiftly exited. The steam room was much better in terms of temperature. The room was very clean apart from a brown coffee-like stain on the bedsheet....

"As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff. "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby.
