"Amazing hotel, ideally located with a very very clean room. We forgot breakfast was included and the offering was very good. For the price, the experience was perfect with such friendly and attentive staff! Free parking, a very short walk to the cliff lift, Shanklin Chine less than 10 minutes, the main town and station 5-10 minutes walk as well."

"For its location, you couldn’t really ask for more. Sure, the hotel is a bit tired and in need of a lick of paint here and there but I thought it was great value. Very close to the main attractions and reception staff were really friendly and attentive. Expect a basic room but my room was clean and spacious and a very good as a base to explore town. Only slight negative was confusing layout when getting to and from room and limited parking. There is a large multi story literally around the corner but not the cheapest :-)"

"Asked for glass for Room reception happily obliged. When we got to room it looked filthy so wiped with water & white towel and shocked by colour of towel! This is why people get sick! Well situated nr shops & parking good. Reception staff polite & helpful "
